Mr & Mrs Spencer
Location, location, location!
I met Janine a few years ago when I was photographing her company's headshots. She came to me a few months before her wedding asking if I would be free one Sunday in April to photograph her day. She mentioned that as it was her second marriage she wasn't going to have a photographer but after some persuasion from her kids she soon booked me in for Sunday 3rd April.
Not only was it my first Jewish ceremony, but it was taking place in the private residence of the brides brother so I was very excited to photograph this one! The house was simply stunning and it came complete with its own function room and indoor swimming pool. The room was covered from ceiling to floor with vintage movie posters - what a place to hold your wedding ceremony! We spent some time before the ceremony in a very lavish sitting room where we took some photos of the bride with her children and family members. Janine looked stunning in a Gatsby-inspired floor length gown. She walked down the aisle with her 4 children either side which made for a really wonderful entrance. The ceremony was full of laughter with the groom cracking jokes all the way through, something the guests really enjoyed. The whole afternoon was filled with love, laughter, family and more cocktails than you can imagine!
